It is shocking to me that on both sides of the political scene you have people state that you cannot trust politicians. So, my question is to the folks that support big government, if you feel that way why would you ask a government to take over car companies, healthcare and banking if they cannot be trusted? My suggestion is that we quit talking just to be heard and slow down and think of the ramifications that big government has on all of us as the people of the United States of America. If that statement is true, then would it not make sense to have a limited government? A government that should be responsible to provide a free market, and a governement that should focus on national security instead of trying to trample the private sector. What are your thoughts?

Sometimes I find it so amazing how much people know about something that should hold little value at all. Likewise, they know very little about something that should be of great importance to them. One of these “important things” that I am referring to is our own government. I can’t tell you how many times I have spoken with someone and discovered that they can recite any line from any episode of “The Office” but when the conversation turns political they drop out faster than cell phone service in the mountains. I understand that entertainment has its place in our society and we need it to enjoy ourselves but when it takes precedence day in and day out over intellectually strengthening our minds we have a problem.
One of the best things about living in a Democratic country is that we as individuals have the ability to change our country. If we don’t understand how this government runs, however, we won’t be able to make a difference. Many people have told me that voting is worthless because as an individual they don’t contribute anything. While you may feel small and insignificant, don’t rule yourself out. There are others who feel the same way you do. The truth is that as an individual, uniting with others who share your beliefs, you can change almost anything. The more we educate ourselves on the workings of our government and the direction they are heading, the more we can prepare ourselves and attempt to create change.
The R Project understands the importance of unification but we also want to stress the importance of staying educated. We encourage you to skip a re-run of your favorite show that we know you have seen five times over and check out what is going on in D.C. You may be surprised what you find yourself getting excited or fired-up about.

The government takes your money and uses it to support programs that have been of little to know help and in most cases enslaves people.
At what point do we draw the line and say the Government is infringing on our personal responsibilities? Health care plans vary greatly and it has always been up to individuals to choose what works best for themselves and their loved ones. At what point did this become the government's responsibility and should it ever be? The R Project feels that we as free Americans should not be subject to Government regulations on Health Care plans that blatantly violate our free will.
The R Project would like to know your thoughts on Obama's proposed health care.
Do you feel the Obama administrations Health Care Plan will bring freedom to people or enslave them?
Is this Health Care Healthy?
